Network Management Policy

Our open, honest disclosure of how the AeronConnect network is managed, its performance characteristics, and the commercial terms of our service.

Last updated: July 2026

Overview

AeronConnect provides fixed-wireless broadband internet access service in the Verde Valley and Northern Arizona. In the interest of transparency, this disclosure describes our network management practices, the performance characteristics of our service, and the commercial terms that apply. We provide an open internet: we do not block, throttle, or accept payment to prioritize lawful internet traffic.

No blocking

We do not block access to lawful content, applications, services, or non-harmful devices, subject to reasonable network management.

No throttling

We do not impair or degrade lawful internet traffic on the basis of content, application, service, or the use of a non-harmful device, subject to reasonable network management.

No paid prioritization

We do not favor some internet traffic over other traffic in exchange for consideration of any kind, and we do not prioritize the traffic of our affiliates.

Congestion management

Our plans include unlimited data with no monthly data caps. Because fixed wireless is a shared medium, we continuously monitor our network and provision capacity to maintain a quality experience for all customers. During rare periods of localized congestion, we may use reasonable, content-neutral techniques to protect overall network performance. These practices are not based on the specific content, application, or service a customer is using.

Security practices

We take reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of our network and our customers, including monitoring for malicious traffic, denial-of-service activity, spam, and other threats. We may take action to address harmful traffic or activity that threatens the network or other users.

Devices & equipment

Service is delivered using AeronConnect-provided or approved equipment installed by our technicians. Customers may connect their own routers and devices behind our equipment provided they do not harm the network or other users. A site survey may be required to confirm serviceability at a given location.

Network performance

We offer residential plans with the following maximum speeds. Actual speeds vary based on factors including location, distance and line-of-sight to our equipment, terrain, weather, network demand, in-home wiring, and the customer's own devices. Advertised speeds are the maximum for each plan.

Typical latency on our network is under 20 milliseconds. Our service is suitable for real-time applications such as video conferencing, streaming, and online gaming. All plans include unlimited data.

Commercial terms

Current pricing is published on our Plans page and in our FCC Broadband Facts labels. Standard terms include:

We do not impose data caps or usage-based overage charges. Prices are subject to change; customers are notified of material changes as required.
